Chairman Hales called the meeting to order and upon roll call those present were as follows: PRESENT: William Hales, Chairman Anthony Capossela George Lopano John Scribano ABSENT: Stephen Ho reeky Mr. Capossela introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, on May 24th, 1955 the Planning Board of the Village of North Tarrytown approved the location and design for the construction of a Federally-aided 60 unit low rent housing project No. NY-26-1, and WHEREAS, since that time the design of said Housing Project has been revised to include five (5) additional dwelling units and to provide for an abnormally high water table, and WHEREAS, the said Housing Authority has asked the Planning Board of the Village of North Tarrytown for the consideration and approval of such changes in design, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Board of of North Tarrytown hereby grants its unqualified approval to the Plan for Federally-aided Public Housing Project No. NY-26-1, the said project being the same as approved by the Planning Board on the Village revised site for May 24th, 1955. AND FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Planning Board finds that said location and said revised design conforms to the Master Plan for the future development of the Village of North Tarrytown. AND FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Planning Board recommends to the goard of Trustees of the Village of North Tarrytown that it give its unqualified approval to the revised plan and project. Mr. Scribano moved that the resolution be adopted as read. Seconded by Mr. Lopano the motion was unanimously carried.
