North Tarrytown, New York
June 6th, 1959
A meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of North
Tarrytown, N.Y., was held on the above date.
PRESENT

Emil Imhof,
Clement Slattery,
Raymond Willmott,
George Lopano, Chairman

ABSENT

John Scribano

Following a short discussion Mr. Willmott moved, seconded by
Mr. Imhof that the following resolution be adopted:
WHEREAS, the North Tarrytown Housing Authority is in the
process of developing a project comprising approximately 85 units of
federally aided low-rent public housing and has prepared a Development
Program outlining the Plan of development for said Project, known as
Project No. NY-26-1, located in the Village of North Tarrytown; and

WHEREAS, this Planning Board has considered said Development
Program, and the Plan and Project as shown, therein conforms to the
Master Plan presently existing for this Municipality;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THIS PLANNING BOARD
IN MEETING ASSEMBLED, THAT PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 150 OF
THE PUBLIC HOUSING LAW, THE PLAN AND PROJECT NY-26-1 BE AND THE SAME
IS HEREBY APPROVED; AND
It is further resolved that this action of the Planning Board
be forwarded without delay to the Board of Trustees of the Village of
North Tarrytown for its information and action by it as required
by Section 150 of the Public Housing Law.
"CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY".
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
