The invert level of sewer on Fairview Avenue should also be shown and the level of the lowest lot in lots 2-3-4-5-6 also shown. 6, In reference to Lot #1, frontage of 19.83 ft. into right-ofway , a, Who owns the right-of-way. b, For what purpose or use is the right-of-way, 7, As shown in Water & Sewer Department street maps, Fairview Avenue ends at the south end of Ridge Street.
