Dear Mr, Green:
On September 18, 1975, t h e f i r s t o r g a n i z a t i o n meeting of t h e
newly r e - a p p o i n t e d Planning Board, your subdivision s k e t c h S-l
dated August 18, 1975 drawn by R.A.L. J r . was p r e s e n t e d by Mr,
Windas to t h e Planning Board.
The Planning Board reviewed t h e sketch p r e s e n t e d . On Saturday,
September 20, 1975, the Board v i s i t e d t h e s i t e of the proposed
s u b d i v i s i o n . After v i s u a l i n s p e c t i o n of the s i t e , and due d e l i b e r a t i o n
and d i s c u s s i o n , the five-board members decided t h a t t h e s u b - d i v i s i o n
sketch in g e n e r a l appears to conform to the V i l l a g e Comprehensive Plan,
except t h a t the data submitted in s k e t c h is incomplete as follows:
1, Lot #1 does not conform to A r t i c l e V, Section 9-C, s u b d i v i s i o n
r e g u l a t i o n s , A r t i c l e V, Section 62-9-A-1-2-3 Zoning Ordinance,
2, Lot #12 not c l e a r l y defined as per r e a r dimensions, d i s t a n c e s
of p r o p e r t y l i n e s from e x i s t i n g b u i l d i n g on l o t , e t c .
3, Lots and s t r e e t s west of t h e aqueduct and within 200 f t , of^
the s u b d i v i s i o n n o t shown on sketch as p e r A r t i c l e IV, Section
9-B-2-3,
4, The members of the Board want t h e e x i s t i n g roadway to be shown
on t h e sketch in d o t t e d l i n e s i n d i c a t i n g i t s e l i m i n a t i o n (from

5, Upon consulting with Mr. Biros of the Water &amp; Sewer Dept,,
it was decided that the invert level of the sewer on Webber Avenue
be shown, also the level of the lowest lot in lots 7-8-9-10-11 also
to be shown.
The invert level of sewer on Fairview Avenue should also be
shown and the level of the lowest lot in lots 2-3-4-5-6 also shown.
6, In reference to Lot #1, frontage of 19.83 ft. into right-ofway ,
a, Who owns the right-of-way.
b, For what purpose or use is the right-of-way,
7, As shown in Water &amp; Sewer Department street maps, Fairview
Avenue ends at the south end of Ridge Street. Who owns that strip
of land between Fairview Avenue and your proposed road.
At your earliest convenience, kindly send us six copies of
revised sketch of subdivision map with requested data so that the
Board will be able to make a proper determination for the first stage
of subdivision,
