Lot 2 has been sold off by my clients and there have been probferas in keeping the cars off both Elm Street and Kendall Avenue• In order to eliminate any of the parking problems, we would request permission of the Planning Board to allow the opening of the chain link fence on Kendall Avenue and permission to put in a gate and a driveway in the rear of Lot 1 in order that cars can be allowed to enter and exit from Kendall Avenue into Lot 1 for the purpose of parking off the street.
