GalganoChairman J. Rus^Lgno F. Rey S. Salman R. Ponzini, Counsel A special mee ting of the North Tarrytown Planning Board was held on Oct. 26th for the purpose of holding public hearings to consider requests for sub -divisions of property. The public notice concerning the applications of Mr. R. Lee Rigney was read. No one was present to comment on request. Mr. Rigney made a brief statement to the board outlining his reasons for a s-ub-division. After a short discussion, the board, on a motion by Mr. Rusigno and seconded by Mr. Salman, and a unanimous vote by the entire board, granted the request" for a sub-division. /^~i~- f $ *-*-> tfo+T±R At*^ The chairman then read the public notice concerning the sub-division as requested by Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Vieira and Mr. Victor Simoes. No one was present to comment on the request. Mr, Samuel Vieira then addressed the board explaining why he requested a sub-division. The board was sympathic to Mr. Vieira's application, but on advice from counsel, discussed the ossible legal problems that could arise. According to the survey sub% mitted, a small portion of the property in question lies in the Village of Tarrytown, Town of Greenburgh. After a discussion on the question, it was decided to grant Mr. Vieira the sub-division on the conditional basis. All legal problems were to be resolved in cooperation with the Tarrytown Planning Board and any other municipality or agency involved. On a motion by Mr. Rey, seconded by Mr. Salman and carried by the entire board, conditional approval was granted by the board. Due to Mr. Sal Donzella's absence and no one present to represent him, the board took no action on his request for a sub-division. There appeared to be several questions unanswered concerning lot sizes and boundry lines. After a short discussion, the board agreed to recess to a future date to consider Mr. Donzella's request.
