Cawood for a variance to permit the construction of a garage less than 20 feet frosi the side line of property. Present ~* Neil Gollogly9 Ch&iramn John Kcwalski David P&gs Stephen Benedict Rutherford Stinard Chairman Gollogly called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M. and read the notice of hearing, Mr* Harry A. Cawood presented plans and specifications for the proposed garage, and stated that the present garage under the first floor level wan subject to flooding during heavy rains and with the installation of two pumps at present was insufficient to cope with Che water and mud deposit. After a discussion by the Board members5 Mr. Rutherford Stinard put forward the motion that a variance he granted to permit Mr* Harry A. Cawood to erect a garage within the twenty feet side line as required, Seconded by John Kowalski, The proposed garage will be 17.75 feet from property line. Chairman Gollogly said he would instruct the'Village Clerk to correct the error in the application to read'permit garage less than twentyfeet from side line of property instead of ten fast. This could appear in the newspaper with news of the Eoning Board meeting. Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
