Two Public Hearings were held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of
the Village of North Tarrytown, N.Y. on the above date.

Mr. Friere called the hearings to order at 8:00 P.M.
i Counsel Chessari read the first notice of hearing to consider the
application of Charles 8 Sylvia Freyler for a variance to construct and
erect a one family residence on property known and designated as Section
1^, Block 13, Lot 10A leaving a distance of ten feet to the rear lot
l|ne of said property, instead of the required 25 feet.
; No one appearing for or against the variance, Pat Lupi moved, seconded
by John Gross that Mr. 6 Mrs. Freyler be permitted to construct and erect
a.?one family residence on property known and designated as Section 17,
Block 13, Lot 10A leaving a distance of ten feet to the rear lot line
instead of the required twenty-five (25) feet.
Carried.
Counsel Chessari read the notice to consider an application by
Giuseppe 6 Betty Iacono to permit them to construct a one-room addition
ai the rear of their home at 1^7 Beekman Avenue, known as Section 15, :
BJock 10, Lot 2 leaving a distance of two feet to the westerly lot line}
instead of the required five feet.
I No one appearing for or against the variance, John Gross moved,
seconded by Pat Lupi that Mr. 8 Mrs. Iacono be permitted to construct a
one room addition at the rear of their home at 147 Beekmman Avenue,
ajso known as Section 15, Block 10, Lot 2 on the tax map, leaving a
distance of two feet to the westerly lot line of their property instead
of the required five feet.
Carried.
There being no further business to come before the hearings, John \
Gross moved, seconded by Pat Lupi that the same be duly adjourned* Carried.
