Present: Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Deputy Mayor Mario DiFelice Rich Zieja Tommy Capossela Kay Grala Richard Spota Trustees Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator Robert Ponzini, Village Attorney Sean McCarthy, Village Architect At 7:00 p.m. on a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Spota, the Mayor called the board into the Mayor called the Board into special session. On a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Spota and subject to the review and signoffof the subject Trustee subcommittee chairpersons and the further review and approval of the Mayor and acting Village Treasurer the warrant of November 15*, 2005 and any vouchers as consolidated in said warrant were unanimously approved. Trustee DiFelice conditioned his approval on the exclusion of vouchers for the "Community Station." The attached resolutions were acted on as noted therein. I Meeting Date: Resolution No.: 11/15/05 11/191/05 Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Adopting Records Retention and Disposition Schedule MU-1 i BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow that Records Retention and Disposition Schedule MU-1 issued pursuant to Article 57-A of the Arts & Cultural Affairs Law, and containing legal minimum retention periods for local government records, is hereby adopted for use by all officers in legally disposing of valueless records listen there; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with Article 57-A: (a) only those records will be disposed of that are described in Records Retention and Disposition Schedule MA/after they have met the minimum retention periods described therein; (b) only those records will be disposed of that do not have sufficient administrative, fiscal, legal, or historical value to merit retention beyond established legal minimum periods. Moved: Trustee Capossela Seconded: Trustee Grala Vote: Unanimous �\\(\ I Meeting Date: Resolution No.: 11/15/05 11/192/05 Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Authorizing Barnhart Park Improvements Bid WHEREAS, the Village of Sleepy Hollow has contracted with the County of Westchester to develop bid specifications for the construction of a pavilion and comfort station located at Barnhart Park in the Village of Sleepy Hollow, and WHEREAS, said bid specifications have now been prepared and will be available to bidders on November 15, 2005.
