Present: Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Deputy Mayor Mario DiFelice Richard Spota Andrew Murray Kay Grata Sandra Morales Thomas Capossela Trustees Also Present: Dwighl H. Douglas, Village Administrator Chief Warren Sean McCarthy, Village Architect Mayor Zegarelli called the board into special session at 6:10 p.m. On a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Spota and subject to the review and signoff of the subject Trustee subcommittee chairpersons and the further review and approval of the Mayor and Village Treasurer the warrant of January 4 th , 2007, together with any vouchers as consolidated in said warrant were approved by a vote of 7 to 0. Omitted from this approved warrant for further discussion and review of counsel was invoice #20101 regarding sewage cleanup. Resolution R-l was withdrawn for further information. The attached Resolutions R-2 and R-3 were acted on as noted. Richard Gross, representing the Rescue Hose fire company was invited to hand out a diagram showing fire truck turning movements and demonstrating the need to consider the elimination of certain parking spaces on Lawrence Ave. On a motion of Trustee Grala, seconded by Trustee Morales and carried unanimously, a public hearing was established for 7 p.m. on February 6th, regarding the proposed elimination of four parking spaces on Lawrence Ave. On a motion of Trustee Morales, seconded by Trustee Murray and carried unanimously the special meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m. and the board entered into executive session to deal with certain personnel matters. At 6:45 p.m. on a motion of Deputy Mayor DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Murray the board came out of executive session and the work session was adjourned. Respectflillv submitt&drs.
