Present: Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Deputy Mayor Mario DiFelice Maria DeMilia Sandra Morales Andy Murray Ken Wray Kay Grala Trustees Also Present: Dwight H. Douglas, Village Administrator Robert Ponzini, Village Counsel Joel Sachs, Special Counsel David Smith, Planning Consultant Owen Wells, Planning Consultant Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order. Jon Stein and the project architect, John Jenkins of Lessard Group Inc., presented a site model for the Lighthouse Landing development and walked the board through a series of building footprints and facade elevations for the first phase of construction. After the presentation the model and plans were moved to the Fire Hall next door to allow interested citizens a closer look. The board resumed review of its regular work session agenda. At 9:10 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Grala, seconded by Trustee Murray and carried unanimously the board entered into special session to act on the attached resolution, R-l as shown. At 9:12 p.m. on a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Morales and carried unanimously the special meeting was adjourned.
