                  <text>Minutes of the Board of Trustees
Village of Sleepy Hollow
A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Tuesday, May 15th, 2007 starting at 6:40 P.M. in the boardroom at Village Hall, 28
Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli
Deputy Mayor Mario DiFelice
Maria DeMilia
Sandra Morales
Andy Murray

Robert Ponzini, Village Counsel
Joel Sachs, Special Counsel
David Smith, Planning Consultant
Owen Wells, Planning Consultant
Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order. Jon Stein and the project architect, John
Jenkins of Lessard Group Inc., presented a site model for the Lighthouse Landing
development and walked the board through a series of building footprints and facade
elevations for the first phase of construction. After the presentation the model and plans
were moved to the Fire Hall next door to allow interested citizens a closer look. The
board resumed review of its regular work session agenda.
At 9:10 p.m. on a motion of Trustee Grala, seconded by Trustee Murray and carried
unanimously the board entered into special session to act on the attached resolution, R-l
as shown.
At 9:12 p.m. on a motion of Trustee DiFelice, seconded by Trustee Morales and carried
unanimously the special meeting was adjourned.

Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby confirm the Mayor's
appointment of the following seasonal laborers in the Public Works Department at
an hourly salary of $11.00 effective May 21, 2007 through August 31, 2O07.
