REGULAR MEETING

A regular meeting of the Architectural Review Board
was held on the above date at Village Hall, North Tarrytown,
New York.
PRESENT:

Frank Arvan, Chairman
Marion Reilly
Juan Menendez
Robert Barstow
Louis Falasca
Brian Slavin

ALSO PRESENT:

James T. Margotta, Building Inspector

Chairman Arvan called the meeting to order at 8 P.M.
1.

Applicant:

Irene Callas, Owner, 66 Beekman Avenue-New Sign.

Miguel Jimenez presented application for sign permit
outlining proposed sign.
After a discussion, Mr. Falasca moved, seconded by
Mr. Menendez to disapprove the application as submitted, and
directing Mr. Jimenez to have his sign painter contact Mr.
Margotta and submit a plan drawn to scale which will be considered
by the Board. Carried.
2.

Applicant: Arlindo Ruivo, 39 Depeyster Street-Replace
existing porch, vinyl siding, and replace dormers.

Mr. Sam Vieira, representing Mr. Ruivo, presented
proposed plans and drawings for the project. He outlined
plans for the reconstruction of the front porch, replacement
of roof, and replacement of windows.
After a discussion, Mr. Falasca moved, seconded by
Mr. Slavin that application be approved as submitted. Carried.
MINUTES:
Mr. Slavin moved, seconded by Mr. Menendez that the
minutes of March 25th, 1992 be accepted as presented. Carried.
There being no further business to come before the
meeting, Mr. Menendez moved, seconded by Mr. Falasca that the
same be duly adjourned. Carried.
