Village of Sleepy Hollow
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Thursday, October 2nd, 2008 starting at 7:00 P.M. in the boardroom at Village Hall, 28 Beekman
Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting order at 7:00 p.m.
The Board immediately went to executive session to discuss legal matters related to General
Motors. Executive session was held in the fire house headquarters.
At 9:55 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Wray and seconded by Trustee Schroedel and
carried unanimously the executive session was adjourned.
