Present: Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Kay Brown Grala Thomas Capossela Karin T. Wompa Maria Rose DeMilia-Powers David L. Schroedel Kenneth G. Wray Trustees Also Present: Robert Ponzini, Village Attorney Gail Port, Special Council - Sleepy Hollow Robert Kafin, Special Council - Sleepy Hollow Joel Sachs, Special Council - Sleepy Hollow Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator Robert Feder, Council - General Motors Ruth Roth, Council - General Motors John Blanchard, Executive Director - Worldwide Real Estate Est. (GM.) David Spencer, Senior Project Manager (G.M.) Debby Homic Hoge, Director - Worldwide Real Estate Est. (G.M.) Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting order at 7:00 p.m. The Board immediately went to executive session to discuss legal matters related to General Motors. Executive session was held in the fire house headquarters. At 9:55 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Wray and seconded by Trustee Schroedel and carried unanimously the executive session was adjourned.
