REGULAR MEETING

A regular meeting of the Architectural Review Board
was held on the above date at Village Hall, North Tarrytown,
New York.
PRESENT:

Frank Arvan, Chairman
Brian Slavin
Robert Barstow
Louis Falasca

ABSENT:

Marion Reilly
Juan Menendez

Chairman Arvan called the meeting to order at 8 P.M.
1.

Jean Orr, 174 Kelbourne Avenue-Addition of second story
on garage.

Tim Lever, Architect, representing the Orr's presented
drawing of existing house and garage and proposed construction.
After discussion, Mr. Falasca moved, seconded by Mr.
Slavin that the proposed construction be approved as submitted.
Unanimously carried.
2.

C. Pateman, Bedford Road Project-Proposed condos.

Mr. Arvan stated that Mr. Pateman was unable to be
present and the matter was postponed to the next meeting.
3.

Antonio Rodrigues (Antonio Cabinetry) North Broadway-Sign

Mr. Rodrigues presented pictures of proposed sign to
be erected on the building. They would replace the previous
owner 1 s signs.
After discussion, Mr. Slavin moved, seconded by Mr.
Falasca that permission to install signs 15 inches high on the
two sides of the building and 18 inches high on the front of the
building. Unanimously carried.
4.

Frank &amp; Barbara Tally, 539 Riverside Drive-Addition.

Chairman Arven stated that Mr. Talley would be late,
but the Board would discuss the proposed addition.as presented
to the Building Inspector.
After discussion, Mr. Falasca moved, seconded by Mr.
Barstow that the plans be approved as submitted and Chairman
Arvan would confer with Mr. Tally regarding the type of slate
to be used. Unanimously carried.

�-2MINUTES
Mr. Barstow moved, seconded by Mr. Slavin that the
minutes of the meeting held on May 27th, 1992 be approved as
submitted. Unanimously carried.
Discussion followed regarding Bedford Park, the number
of units, the width of the road and the cul-de-sac.
There being no further business to come before the
Board, Mr. Falasca moved, seconded by Mr. Slavin that the same
be duly adjourned. Carried.
