                  <text>The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow held a Special Work Session
meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy
Hollow, New York.

Sean McCarthy, Building Inspector
Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order with a prayer and pledge to the flag.
At 7:02 p.m., the Mayor opened the public hearing to consider a proposed local law to
amend Chapter 57-22.1 "Snow Zones" of the General Code to change snow emergency
parking restrictions and fines. The public hearing notice was read and proof of
publication was also announced (see attached).
The Mayor asked for comments from the public. Mario Belanich of 153 North
Washington Street commented on the towing of violators of the snow emergency
parking restrictions.
There being no further comments, on motion by Trustee Schroedel, seconded by
Trustee Wray, the public hearing was closed at 7:08 p.m.
On motion of Trustee Grala, seconded by Trustee Wray, the meeting was adjourned.

The Mayor or his designated representative shall determine when a snowfall or snow removal
operations require the parking prohibition in Subsection A to be put into effect in any or all snow
