Present: Mayor Philip E. Zegarelli Kay Brown Grala Thomas Capossela Karin T. Wompa Kenneth G. Wray David L. Schroedel Maria DeMilia-Powers Trustees Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator Robert Ponzini, Village Attorney Diane Jacobson, Treasurer Sean McCarthy, Village Architect Rich Gross, General Foreman Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. BUDGET REVIEW- Diane Jacobson gave a report on the projected revenues for this year's budget ARBOR DAY - Mayor Zegarelli reported on the Arbor Day resolution. UTILITY BILLS - Diane Jacobson gave the Board a proposal submitted by "Infinite and Intelligent Energy" to be the Village's natural gas provided. The Village currently uses Con Edison. The Board considered the pros and cons of the proposal. PARK FEES - The Board reviewed proposed park fees that were submitted by the Administrator. The fees were referred to the Recreation Committee. SPECIAL SESSION Motion was made by Trustee Capossela and seconded by Trustee Schroedel to approve a resolution establishing April 24 as Arbor Day. The motion passed 7-0. �At 8:17 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Wray and seconded by Trustee DeMilia-Powers and carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
