Village of Sleepy Hollow
A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on Tuesday,
March 24, 2009 starting at 6:00 P.M. in the boardroom at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue,
Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Thomas Capossela

Kenneth G. Wray

Trustees

Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator
Robert Ponzini, Village Attorney
Diane Jacobson, Treasurer
Sean McCarthy, Village Architect
Rich Gross, General Foreman
Jimmy Warren, Police Chief
Mayor Zegarelli called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
KINGSLAND BATHHOUSE - Fiona Hodgson requested guidancefromthe Board on a grant
application related to the Kingsland Point Bathhouse.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS - Fiona Hodgson gave a report on the
status of the Village's Community Development Block Grants.
HYBRID VEHICLES - Gary GersteinfromFord gave a report to the Board on hybrid vehicles
for the Police Department.
CLAIMS - Diane Jacobson submitted claims to the Board for review. Trustee Capossela
requested that two items be removed from the list.
