Present: Mayor Kenneth G. Wray Thomas Capossela Karin T. Wompa David L. Schroedel Bruce R. Campbell Barbara J. Carr Evelyn R. Stupel Trustees Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney Diane Jacobson, Treasurer Sean McCarthy, Village Architect Rich Gross, General Foreman Mayor Wray called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. ROUTE 9 INTER-MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT ~ The Village Administrator reported on an inter-municipal agreement with Tarrytown, which is part of a grant application for streetscape improvements on Route 9. PEDDLERS IN THE PARK - The Board discussed the peddler's license permit and whether or not to allow peddlers in Village owned and operated parks. The matter was referred to the Recreation Committee. SNOW AND ICE AGREEMENT - Diane Jacobson reported that the Village will receive more money from New York State for removing snow and ice on Route 9. EVENT REQUESTS ~ The Board discussed two event requests. The Board is considering charging a fee for events that require streets to be shut down. The matter was referred to the Finance Committee. INVESTMENT POLICY - Diane Jacobson gave a report on the Village Investment Policy. The matter was referred to the Finance Committee. �EXECUTIVE SESSION At 7:31 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Campbell and seconded by Trustee Carr and carried unanimously the Board moved to Executive Session to discuss legal matters. At 8:00 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Wompa and seconded by Trustee Campbell and carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
