Wompa (Absent) Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney Robert Kafin, Special Counsel David Smith, Planner Mayor Wray called the executive session to order at 6:00 p.m. The Board discussed legal matters related to the General Motors property. At 7:40 p.m., The meeting was adjourned.
