Minutes of the Board of Trustees
Village of Sleepy Hollow
An executive session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on
Wednesday, May 27, 2009 starting at 6:00 P.M. in the boardroom at Village Hall, 28 Beekman
Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Wray called the executive session to order at 6:00 p.m.
The Board discussed legal matters related to the General Motors property.
At 7:40 p.m., The meeting was adjourned.
