Village of Sleepy Hollow
A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on Tuesday,
June 2, 2009 starting at 7:00 P.M. in the boardroom at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy
Hollow, New York.
Present:

Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney
Diane Jacobson, Treasurer
Sean McCarthy, Village Architect
Rich Gross, General Foreman
Mayor Wray called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

FIXED ASSETS REPORT - Diane Jacobson made a recommendation to adopt a resolution to
renew a contract with CBIZ to prepare a fixed asset report for the Village for auditing purposes.
TAG PARKING - The Board discussed what needs to be done to have resident permit parking
on Lawrence Avenue. The Town of Mamaroneck is in the process of doing something similar
and the Mayor requested that the Administrator contact them. The Mayor also directed the Chief
of Police to increase parking enforcement on Lawrence Avenue.
SEQRA REPORT - Sean McCarthy outlined the environmental review process as it relates to
the shaft 9 pump station project. The Village is seeking grant money for this project and must
submit an environmental impact statement.
VILLAGE CLERK - The Board discussed the status of the search for a new village clerk.
CLAIMS - Diane Jacobson discussed with the Board certiorari claims.

�TRIATHLON - Mr. Giaccio reported on the upcoming triathlon which will be held on June 28,
2009 at 8:00AM.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
At 7:55 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Campbell and seconded by Trustee Stupel and
carried unanimously the Board moved to Executive Session to discuss legal matters.
At 9:15 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Campbell and seconded by Trustee Wompa and
carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
