                  <text>Whereas, it has been determined by the Sleepy Hollow Justice Court personnel that
the number of matters being brought to the Court has increased significantly during the
last few years; and
Whereas, it would be in the best interest of the Village and the public to increase the
hours the Court Is in session;
Now, therefore be it resolved the Board of Trustees hereby approves the Court's
request to extend Its sessions to include every fourth Thursday of each month starting
January 2010.

�Whereas, it has been determined that the Village of Sleepy Hollow owed former
employee, Shawn Harris, the sum of $1,293.87 for unpaid personal days pursuant to
the contract between the Village of Sleepy Hollow and the PBA; and
Whereas, in consideration of the sum of $1,293.87 Shawn Harris has executed a
General Release toward the Village for any future claims;
Be it resolved the Board of Trustees directs the Treasurer to pay the amount of
$1,293.87 to Shawn Harris in full satisfaction of his claim for unpaid personal days as
well as all other claims he may have against the Village.

Environmental Advisory Council; and
Whereas, the Village is desirous for the Council to take an active part in the initiation
and promotion of issues affecting our environment w/ithin the Village; and
Whereas, Trustees Barbara Carr and Karin Wompa have interviewed persons who are
qualified and interested In serving on the Council;
Now, therefore be it resolved the Mayor appoints the following persons to the
Council and the Board of Trustees confirms the Mayor's appointment of,
David Bedell to the Council for a term of 3 years
Donna Gates to the Council for a term of 1 years
Rafael Green to the Council for a term of 2 years
Francois Rjeili to the Council for a term of 3 years
Jan Frasier Maltby to the Council for a term of 1 years
Lisa Vasilakos to the Council for a term of 2 years
