Present: Mayor Kenneth G, Wray Thomas Capossela David L. Schroedel Bruce R. Campbell Evelyn R. Stupel Barbara J. Carr Trustees Karin T. Wompa (absent) Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney Diane Jacobson, Village Treasurer Rich Gross, General Foreman Sean McCarthy, Village Architect David Smith, Planner Mayor Wray called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE - Judith McCarthy from the New York State Attorney General's Office gave a presentation raising awareness to holiday scams. RIVER'S EDGE/ DRAFT ZONING - David Smith presented two draft resolutions for review by the Board (attached). The first resolution is to approve a special permit and concept plan for River's Edge. The second resolution is to approve an amendment to the waterfront zoning. Mr. Smith explained each resolution in great detail. The Board had several questions for Mr. Smith. The Board agreed to eliminate a requirement for the developer to pay $5,000 a year to maintain the Riverwalk. �At 9:00 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
