The work session took place concurrently with a meeting of the Board of Assessment Review, convened for the purpose of reviewing applications for tax assessment reduction. Present: Mayor Kenneth G. Wray Thomas Capossela Karin T. Wompa David L. Schroedel Evelyn R. Stupel Barbara J. Carr Trustees Bruce R. Campbell (absent) Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney Fred Gross, Assessor Sean McCarthy, Village Architect Mayor Wray called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. ASSESSOR PRESENTATION - Fred Gross reviewed the grievance process with the Board. SDG PRESENTATION - A presentation was given by John Kelly of Systems Development Group on the cost and benefit of merging the Town of Mt. Pleasant's existing tax maps, section, block and lot identifiers into the Village's parcel database. BUILDING CODE REVISION - The Board reviewed a draft of the illegal housing code revisions submitted by the Housing Committee. At 8:00 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
