                  <text>Minutes of the Board of Trustees
Village of Sleepy Hollow
A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on Tuesday,
February 16, 2010 starting at 4:00 P.M. in the boardroom at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue,
Sleepy Hollow, New York. The work session took place concurrently with a meeting of the
Board of Assessment Review, convened for the purpose of reviewing applications for tax
assessment reduction.

Mayor Wray called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
ASSESSOR PRESENTATION - Fred Gross reviewed the grievance process with the Board.
SDG PRESENTATION - A presentation was given by John Kelly of Systems Development
Group on the cost and benefit of merging the Town of Mt. Pleasant's existing tax maps, section,
block and lot identifiers into the Village's parcel database.
BUILDING CODE REVISION - The Board reviewed a draft of the illegal housing code
revisions submitted by the Housing Committee.
At 8:00 p.m. the meeting was adjourned.
