Director of (iovernment Affairs for Cablevision. was on hand to answer questions about the draft Cablevision Franchise Agreement. The Board had many questions lor Mr. Hoch. Discussion ensued. Mr. I loch informed the Board that they could contact John Figliosi from the Public Ser\'ice Commission if they have additional questions. The next step is to set a public hearing to hear and consider comments from the public.
