                  <text>Whereas, Jimmy Hayes has submitted his resignation as Captain of the Ambulance
Corps, effective immediately; and
Whereas, it is necessary to fill the vacancy of the position with a corps member who
has the experience and commitment needed to hold the position;
Now Therefore Be It Resolved, the Board of Trustees hereby accepts the
resignation of Jimmy Hayes as Captain of the Ambulance Corps, with thanks and
appreciation to Jimmy for his years of service, commitment and dedication to the
Corps.; and
Be It Further Resolved, the Board of Trustees appoints Shelley Glover as interim
Captain of the Ambulance Corps, effective immediately, to hold such title until such
provides for the election of officers in said By-Laws.

Ambulance Corps, effective immediately;
Now Therefore Be It Resolved, the Board of Trustees hereby accepts the

�Resolution to set CDBG Public Hearing
Whereas, the Board of Trustees, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May
2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York, to
hear and consider comments from members of the public on the proposed 2012-2014
Community Block Grant Applications for funding of pedestrians safety improvements at
Beekman Avenue and Washington Street, street light replacements on Beekman
Avenue, sewer improvements on Cortlandt Street, streetscape improvements on Clinton
Street and North Washington Street, a new senior bus and an alternative fuel trolley to
run on a loop around the downtown triangle.
Any resident of the Village of Sleepy Hollow is entitled to be heard upon said proposed
applications at said public hearing. Village Hall is accessible to the handicapped.
