Present: Mayor Kenneth G. Wray Thomas Capossela Karin T. Wompa Evelyn R. Stupel Bruce R. Campbell Barbara J. CanDavid L. Schroedel Trustees Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney Rich Gross, General Foreman Sean McCarthy, Village Architect Greg Camp, Police Chief Mayor Wray called the work session to order at 7:00 p.m. RIVERTOWN RUNNERS - Kristen Idalski and Todd Ruppel from the Rivertown Runners gave a report on the half marathon. There were approximately 600 runners and 100 volunteers. The event was a huge success. The Rivertown Runners presented the "Kids Club" with a check for $10,000 from proceeds raised by the event. They also made donations to the Ambulance Corp. and Fire Department. CDBG PRESENTATION ^ Angelo Trulio from the Open Door Family Medical Center made a presentation on the Open Door's Community Development Block Grant application. The Open Door is requesting $54,375 to purchase medical equipment for their new location located on New Broadway. The total project cost is $72,500 and the Open Door will provide a 25% match. At 7:20 the meeting was adjourned.
