Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
To Terminate Senior Bookkeeper
WHEREAS, Amalia Macedo has been absent from her employment from the
Department of Finance in excess of one year, and
WHEREAS, Civil Service Law permits the termination of employees who have been
absent from their employment in excess of one year; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Macedo has been served with proper notice regarding the village's
intention to terminate her employment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the employment of Amalia Macedo with the
Village of Sleepy Hollow is hereby terminated effective immediately.

Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow to Adopt
the Redistricting within the Village of Sleepy Hollow
Whereas, the federal government has completed the 2010 census; and
Whereas, as a result of the census count in Westchester County, certain voting district
lines have been redrawn by the Westchester County Board of Legislators; and
Whereas, the district lines within the Village of Sleepy Hollow has been affected by
results of the census count; and
Whereas, the County Board of Legislators has made the following changes to districts
wholly located within the Village of Sleepy Hollow:
Districts 5 and 21 were merged into one district numbered 5.
Districts 7 and 8 were merged into one district numbered 7; and
Whereas, the elections within the Village of Sleepy Hollow are conducted by the
Westchester County Board of Elections;
Now, therefore, be it resolved the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
hereby adopts the redistricting plan approved by the Westchester County Board of
Legislators for the districts located within the Village of Sleepy Hollow.

Resolution to Schedule Grievance Day
BE IT RESOLVED that the Assessor of the Village of Sleepy Hollow has prepared the Tentative
Assessment Roll for the current year, and that said Assessment Roll will be filed with the Village
Clerk at her office in the Municipal Building, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York on
February 1, 2012, where it may be seen and examined by any persons at all times during
business hours between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM until the 21^' day of February 2012 and that on
such day in the Board Room, Municipal Building, 28 Beekman Avenue, in said Village, between
the hours of 4 PM and 8 PM, the Board of Trustees of said Village, sitting as the Board of
Assessment Review, will meet for the purpose of hearing complaints in relation thereto, on the
application of any person considering himself aggrieved thereby.
