Whereas, the Board of Elections of Westchester County, has re-drawn the district lines for
election districts with the Vii/age of Sleepy Hollow; and
Whereas, said re-districting is based upon the number of voters in each district; and
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow agrees with the re-districting;
Now therefore be it resolved, that districts 1 through 7 shall be coterminous with the
boundaries of the districts used in Mount Pleasant for the November General Election,
Be it further resolved that the Vii/age of Sleepy Hollow has the following nine (9) election

districts, in the village election to be held on March 20, 2012, and the following polling places
will be opened to voters from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm:
