The work session took place concurrently with a meeting of the Board of Assessment Review, convened for the purpose of reviewing applications for tax assessment reduction. Present: Mayor Kenneth G. Wray Thomas Capossela David L. Schroedel Evelyn R. Stupel Barbara J. Carr Trustees Karin T. Wompa (absent) Bruce R. Campbell (absent) Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney Fred Gross, Assessor Sean McCarthy, Village Architect Greg Camp, Police Chief Mayor Wray called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. ASSESSOR PRESENTA nON Fred Gross described the grievance process to the Board. 7 HUDSON STREET SPECIAL PERMIT Architect William Simeoforides made a presentation on a plan to add a basement apartment to a five family house at 7 Hudson Street. The house is located in the Riverfront Zone, which is under the purview of the Village Board. Mayor Wray requested that this issue be postponed until more information is distributed to the Board. Sean McCarthy said that he will provide the Board with this information. GENERAL MOTORS LICENSE AGREEMENT The Board reviewed a draft license agreement to permit the village use of the GM West parcel for four community events. Mayor Wray requested that a resolution on this be placed on the next Board meeting agenda. At 8:00 p.m. on a motion by Trustee Carr, seconded by Trustee Stupel and passing unanimously, the meeting was adjourned.
