NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow authorizes hiring Soi/testing Inc. to do test borings for a water storage tank within the Village's easement on the Rockefeller State Park Preserve at a cost not to exceed $6,000 as recommended by Dolph Rotfeld Engineering.
