                  <text>Minutes of the Board of Trustees
Village of Sleepy Hollow
A work session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on Tuesday,
May 1,2012 at 7:00 P.M. at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Kenneth G. Wray
Bruce Campbell
Barbara Carr
Evelyn Stupel
Jennifer Lobato-Church
Susan MacFarlane

Deputy Mayor Karin Wompa (Absent)
Also Present: Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator
Sara DiGiacomo, Village Treasurer
Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney
Rich Gross, General Foreman
Sean McCarthy, Village Architect
Anthony Bueti, Police Lieutenant
Mayor Wray called the work session to order at 7:00 p.m.
SPECIAL SESSION
At 7:05 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Carr and seconded by Trustee Campbell and carried
unanimously the Board moved to special session.
Resolutions - See attached
At 7:25 p.m., on a motion made by Trustee Campbell and seconded by Trustee Carr and carried
unanimously the Board moved out of special session.
TNT PRESENTA nON - TNT president John Sutherland spoke about the upcoming season.
The Board asked Mr. Sutherland how the finances work with regards to the program. Mr.
Sutherland said that he will provide the administrator with all this information. Discussion
ensued.

�MA YOR'S ANNOUNCEMENT - Mayor Wray announced that there will be a free Baroque
concert at the Warner Library this Saturday starting at 2:30.
BATHHOUSE RENTAL POLICY - The Board discussed the rental policy for the pavilion
located on the top floor of the Kathryn Davis Bathhouse. The Village is getting many requests to
use this facility. Recommendations were made by the Recreation Committee, but are not yet
finalized. Discussion ensued.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion made by Trustee Carr and seconded by Trustee Stupel and carried unanimously the
Board moved to executive session to discuss personnel matters.
On a motion made by Trustee Carr and seconded by Trustee Lobato-Church and carried
unanimously, the Board moved out of executive session.
At 9:25 pm the meeting was adj ourned
