A regular meeting of the North Tarrytown Architectural
Review Board was held on May 25th, 199A at 8:00 P.M. in the
Village Hall, 28 B ee k ma n Avenue, North Tarrytown, New York.

Mr. Margotta stated that the building is approximately
forty feet back from North Broadway and a sign cannot be
installed on the fence
Robert Cunane, Agent for Enterprise Rent-a-Car
presented samples of sign to be installed and stated that
95% of their business is rental.
He stated that indirect
lighting will be installed.
Discussion followed regarding type of present sign
and location of proposed sign including color of pedestal
and s ign.
Mr. Slavin moved, seconded by M r s . Reilly that the
application be granted with the provision that the pedestal
be painted black and that the lighting could be self-illuminating

John Porco, North

Broadway-Sign.

Mr. Porco stated he was asking permission to replace
the sign with a temporary sign advertising Julio and Thomas
Auto Mechanic.
Mr. Margotta stated that a new building would be
built on the premises within the next year.
Discussion followed regarding
