Be it resolved that the Board of Trustees herein approves Records Management/Archive
Days in Village Hall to be scheduled for Friday, November 2"^ 2012.
Be It Further Resolved that Village Hall will be closed to the public on said date.

Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
Authorizing Payment to Pierce Manufacturing Inc.
Whereas, Per contract specifications one (1) Pierce Velocity Pumper truck is due to be
delivered to the Village on October 25, 2012; and
Whereas, payment for said truck is due within 15 days of delivery, inspection and
acceptance.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy
Hollow hereby authorizes the Village Treasurer to make payment for said truck in the
amount of $618,172.00 from Capital Project Line H.3410.200.06, upon delivery,
inspection and acceptance of the truck by representatives of the Fire Department.

Resolution of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees Hiring
On-Call Crossing Guard
WHEREAS, a position for part time on-call crossing guard is needed to fill in when a
crossing guard is out sick or has requested time off; and
WHEREAS, in order to maintain the safety of school children and pedestrians, this
position should be filled as quickly as possible; and
WHEREAS, Wilfredo Flores of 155 Depeyster Street Sleepy Hollow NY has applied for
this position; and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has recommended that Wilfredo Flores be hired to fill
this position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Sleepy Hollow hereby approve that Wilfredo Flores be hired to work as a
crossing guard for the Village of Sleepy Hollow at a salary rate of $15.00 per hour.

Resolution Changing Parking Violation Fees

WHEREAS, the Village of Sleepy Hollow has a fine schedule for violations of parking
regulations; and
WHEREAS, in order to change the fee schedule for certain violations; and
WHEREAS, a resolution is required to make such changes; and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has recommended that the following fines for violations
of the parking regulations be amended; and
WHEREAS, the attached schedule for parking fines is provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Sleepy Hollow hereby approves the amended fine schedule for violations of parking
regulations, to be effective January 1, 2013.

Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Approving
the Action of the Board of Fire Wardens
Whereas, the Board of Fire Wardens of the Sleepy Hollow Fire Department at their
October 12, 2012 meeting approved Cari Ann Dell'Orletta as a driver of Engine 85 and;
Whereas, an abstract of her driving record was ordered per the Villages automobile
use policy and;
Whereas, said abstract was found to be acceptable.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy
Hollow concurs with the recommendation of the Board of Fire Wardens to accept
Cari Ann Dell'Orletta as a driver of Engine 85 and;
Be it further resolved the Board of Trustees directs the Village Clerk to notify the
Board of Fire Wardens in writing of this resolution.

This letter is being sent to officially notify the Sleepy Hollow Board of Trustees of a personnel action taken by
the Sleepy Hollow Board of Fire Wardens on October 12, 2012.
The Wardens were notified on October 12'^ that Cari Ann Dell'Orletta had successfully completed her course
of instruction to become a driver of Engine 85 (Rescue Hose Co. No. 1)
The Wardens request that the Board follow the normal course of action on this matter.

Party on Millard Avenue.
