Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Sleepy Hollow Announcing Informational Meeting

Whereas, the Village received a grant to complete a hazard mitigation plan, and
Whereas, Cash &amp; Associates have been retained to complete this work, and
Whereas, as part of the agreement with Cash &amp; Associates a public informational
meeting describing the project must be completed.
Now therefore be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees does hereby call for an
Informational Meeting on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at 7:00 pm or shortly thereafter,
at Village Hall, regarding the Village's hazard mitigation plan.

Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow A p p r o v i n g
the Action of the Board of Fire Wardens
Whereas, the Board of Fire Wardens of the Sleepy Hollow Fire Department at their
November 13, 2012 meeting accepted John Cabezas as an active member of Rescue
Hose Co. No. 1.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy
Hollow concurs with the recommendation of the Board of Fire Wardens to accept John
Cabezas as an active member of Rescue Hose Co. No. 1 and;
Be it further resolved the Board of Trustees directs the Village Clerk to notify the
Board of Fire Wardens in writing of this resolution.

Confirming the Actions of the Ambulance Corps
Whereas, the Board of Trustees approves the actions of the Ambulance Corps
members in electing the following applicants to active membership with the Sleepy
Hollow Volunteer Ambulance Corps:
Barbara Anzovino of Sleepy Hollow, Tanis Annichiarrico of Tarrytown and
Toni-Marie Verrano of West Harrison.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees directs the Village Clerk to
notify the Ambulance Captain in writing of this resolution.
