Be It Further Resolved that said appointment is subject to the approval of the Westchester County Department of Human Resources and a probationary period of twelve to fifty two weeks. Moved: Trustee Campbell Absent: Trustee MacFarlane Seconded: Trustee Stupel Vote: 5-0 �Meeting Date: 1/08/2013 Resolution: 1/03/2013 Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Authorizing the Mayor to sign an amended IMA Agreement with the County of Westchester to Provide for the Enforcement of for-hire vehicle Regulations Whereas the County of Westchester offers a program to local municipalities to assist in the enforcement of laws pertaining to the regulation and enforcement of the business of transporting passengers in for-hire vehicles in Westchester County, including the licensing of for-hire vehicles, drivers and base stations by the Westchester County Taxi and Limousine Commission; and Whereas the Board of Trustees desires to support the enforcement of these laws and encourages the apprehension and prosecution of all violators; and Whereas the Board of Trustees approved a resolution on October 10, 2011 for such agreement and that IMA Agreement with the County of Westchester has been amended to reduce the agreement from 5 years to 12 months; Now Therefore Be It Resolved the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the attached IMA agreement with the County of Westchester.
