                  <text>The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow held a special meeting on Friday,
August 23, 2013 at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Kenneth G. Wray
Deputy Mayor Jennifer Lobato-Church
Bruce Campbell
Susan MacFarlane
Glenn Rosenbloom
Evelyn Stupel
Karin Wompa, Trustees

Also Present: Anthony P. Giaccio, Village Administrator
Paula A. McCarthy Tompkins, Village Clerk
Janet Gandolfo, Village Counsel
Sean E. McCarthy, Village Building Inspector
Gregory Camp, Police Chief
At 8:07 a.m. Mayor Wray called a special meeting to order.
Mayor Wray announced that the meeting was properly noticed pursuant to the rules and
procedures of the Village Code. The purpose of this meeting is to adjourn into executive
session to discuss a litigation matter. He further stated that he expected the Board would
take action after the executive session.
At 8:09 a.m. Trustee MacFarlane moved and Trustee Campbell seconded to go into Executive
Session.
At 8:48 a.m., Deputy Mayor Lobato-Church moved, seconded by Trustee Stupel to move out
of Executive Session.
Mayor Wray stated that a legal matter was discussed and there is a resolution in place.
Trustee Campbell moved, seconded by Trustee Rosenbloom to approve the resolution of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow to approve an agreement between the
Village of Sleepy Hollow and the Village of Tarrytown. (See attached)
Motion carried, all voted "aye".
At 8:54 a.m. on motion by Trustee Wompa, seconded by Deputy Mayor Lobato-Church the
special meeting was adjourned.
