Resolution:
10/152/2013
Resolution of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow
Authorizing Salary Adjustments for Non-Union Employees
Whereas, the Board of Trustees has reviewed the job performance of the following
non-union employees; and
Whereas, it has been determined that a salary increase is appropriate at this time;
Now, therefore, be it resolved, effective June 1, 2013 the annual salary of the
following employees shall be increased by 2%: Anthony Giaccio, Gregory Camp,
Paula McCarthy, Sara DiGiacomo, Richard Gross, Sean McCarthy, Christopher Scelza
and Cindi Valentine; and
Be It further Resolved effective June 1, 2013, the annual salary of Andres
Vadelspino shall be increased by 4%; and
Be it further resolved, effective June 1, 2013 the annual salary of Alfred Farella shall
be increased by the amount of $500.
