Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Trustees authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Ludwig Group LLCo^ Memphis, TN in an amount not to exceed $19,000.00 Incorporating the terms of the attached proposal and; Be it further resolved that the Mayor is herein authorized to take any and all such steps as are necessary to effectuate the intent of this resolution.
