Moved: Trustee Rosenbloom Seconded: Trustee Wompa Vote: 6-0 �Meeting Date: 02/03/2015 Resolution #: 02/10/2015 RESOLUTION ADOPTING LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2015 TO AMEND THE VILLAGE ORDINANCE, ENTITLED ZONING, SECTION 450-66 B (1) Whereas, the Board of Trustees (BOT) held a public hearing on January 13. 2015 to hear and consider comments from the public regarding the requirement of site plan review for one and two-family residences by the Planning Board to be re-instated to the Village Code; and Whereas, the BOT has considered all of the comments, both written and oral, that were submitted at the Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved the BOT is desirous of amending the Village Code, Section 450-66 B (1) to delete the words "with the exception of detached singlefamily and two-family homes."
