NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees accepts FUSE Printings proposal and authorizes the Village Administrator, Anthony Giaccio, to sign a contract with Fuse Printing of 520 White Plain Road, Tarrytown NY 10591 in the amount of $8,303 for marketing services. Moved: Trustee Wompa Seconded: Trustee Handelman Vote: Unanimous �Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Authorizing Radio Advertising Charges WHEREAS, advertising on local radio stations WHUD and The Peak are elements of the marketing campaign for Circus Latino; and WHEREAS, marketing costs are being funded by a grant from Empire State Development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees authorizes payment of $3,000 to Pamal Broadcasting for 22 ads on each of WHUD and The Peak radio stations. Moved: Trustee Scaglione Seconded: Trustee Rosenbloom Vote: Unanimous �Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Promoting Sergeant Michael Gasko to Lieutenant of Police Whereas, adequate supervision within any police agency is essential to its efficient operation; and Whereas, there is a vacancy in the position of Lieutenant; and Whereas, Sergeant Michael Gasko has taken the competitive Civil Service examination for the position of Lieutenant of Police and presently is on the Civil Service List for the position; and Whereas, the Chief of Police has recommended that Sergeant Gasko be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant of Police; and, Whereas, the Village Trustees that interviewed the candidates for this position concur with the Chief's recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow hereby promotes Sergeant Michael Gasko to the rank of Lieutenant of Police, from Civil Service Eligible List #74-867 and, said promotion to become effective September 7, 2015, at an annual salary of $118,552 and subject to a probationary period of twelve (12) weeks and the approval of the Westchester County Department of Human Resources.
