Move: Trustee Scaglione Seconded: Trustee Rosenbloom Vote: 5-0 �A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 400 OF THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF SLEEPY HOLLOW ENTITLE "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC" RELATIVE TO RESTRICTIVE PARKING BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow, New York, as follows: Section 1. Section 400-7 of the Code of the Village Sleepy Hollow entitled "Parking restricted in designated locations" is hereby amended to add the following location thereunder, in alphabetical order: Name of Street Beekman Avenue Section 2. Side Days Hours Location South All 8:00 am. to Restricted metered parking of 15 minutes 8:00 p.m. at one space within 50 feet of either side of 84 Beekman Avenue The invalidity of any word, section, clause, paragraph sentence, part, or provision of this local law shall not affect the validity of any part of this local law which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts. Section 3. (See attached memo) Now, Be It Resolved the Board of Trustees directs the Village Clerk to notify the Fire Chief in writing of this resolution.
