Village of Sleepy Hollow
A special session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow was held on Tuesday,
December 21, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, N.Y.
Present:

Mayor Kenneth G. Wray
Glenn Rosenbloom
John Leavy
Denise Scaglione

Deputy Mayor Jennifer Lobato-Church (Absent)
Also Present:

Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator
Clinton Smith, Village Attorney
Sara DiGiacomo, Treasurer

Mayor Wray called the special session to order at 3:10pm.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
On a motion made by Trustee Rosenbloom and seconded by Trustee Scaglione and carried
unanimously the Board moved into executive session to seek legal advice from council.
Representatives f r o m the School were invited to participate in the executive session.
On a motion made by Trustee Handelman and seconded by Trustee Leavy and carried
unanimously the Board m o v e d out of executive session.
At 4:00pm, the special session was adjourned.
