                  <text>The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow held a meeting on Tuesday,
October 11, 2016 Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Kenneth G. Wray
Deputy Mayor Glenn Rosenbloonfi
Rachelle Gebler
Sam Gonzalez
John Leavy
Denlse Scagllone, Trustees
Sandra Splro, Trustee

Also Present: Anthony Glaccio, Village Administrator
Clinton Smith, Village Counsel
Sara DiGiacomo, Village Treasurer
Sean E. McCarthy, Village Building Inspector
Rich Gross, General Foreman
Anthony Bueti, Police Chief
At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Wray called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag. Mayor
Wray had a moment of silence for the passing of Jerome Rainey of Pokahoe Drive,
Charles Haggerty of Beekman Avenue and long-time resident John (Jack) Kelly.
Approval of Warrants:
Trustee Scaglione moved, seconded by Trustee Gonzalez to approve warrant 160CT11
in the amount of $269,218.50. Motion carried 7-0.
Mayor Announcements:
Mayor Wray wished everyone who is celebrating Yom Kippur a happy holiday.
Mayor Wray announced that the Fire Department will be soliciting donations this coming
weekend and encouraged residents to give their support.
This Saturday and Sunday there will be a book sale at the Warner Library.
This Saturday is the Village's Street Fair from 10:00am-5:00pm.

�Old Business: Trustee Gebler informed the Board that she has received 217
responses to the East Parcel survey that recently went out. Completed surveys will be
accepted until October 31.
Mayor Wray will invite the East Parcel engineering firm WSP to a work session after all
of the surveys are in.

Public Comments: None
At 7:25pm, on a motion by Trustee Leavy, seconded by Trustee Gebler, the Board
meeting was adjourned.
