                  <text>The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow held a meeting on Tuesday,
September 12, 2017 Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

At 6:30 p.m., motion was made by Trustee Gebler, seconded by Trustee Leavy to go
Into executive session to discuss a legal matter. Motion passed 6-0.
At 7:00 p.m. Mayor Wray called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag.
Moment of Silence:
There was a moment of silence for the passing of husband and wife Antonio lannarelli
and Domenica lannarelli, Edward Murphy, Sally Isler and Gabe Hayes III, all long time
Sleepy Hollow residents.
Approval of Warrants:
Deputy Mayor Rosenbloom moved, seconded by Trustee Leavy to approve warrant
17SEP12 in the amount of $688,644.55. Motion carried 6-0
Approval of Minutes:
Motion was made by Trustee Leavy, seconded by Trustee Gonzalez to approve the
August 1, 2017 meeting minutes. Motion carried 4-0 {Rosenbloom &amp; Gebler abstained)
Motion was made by Trustee Gonzalez, seconded by Deputy Mayor Rosenbloom to
approve the August 8, 2017 meeting minutes with minor changes. Motion carried 4-0
(Gebler &amp; Spiro abstained)

Department Head Report!
Ambulance Chief Rich D'Alessandro submitted the Ambulance Corps' capital budget
requests. A written summary of the requests was distributed to the Board. The Board
had several questions and will consider the requests at a later date.
Public Comments:
Matt Gullotta of Gullotta House announced a family fun day event that will take place in
Tarrytown this coming Saturday
David Pysh commented about various issues he and his wife are having with the Village.
Recently a tree was taken down in front of his house without notice. In addition, his
trash was not picked up for two weeks. Mayor Wray said that these issues will be
addressed.

Mayor announcements:
Mayor Wray informed the Board that the Local Development Corporation's audit has
been completed. He will have the Local Development Corporation give a report on the
audit at a future work session.
Old Business:
Trustee Spiro asked about the status of the Master Plan. Mayor Wray said that he will
put this item on next week's work session agenda for discussion.
Trustee Leavy asked about the status of the old ladder truck. Mr. Giaccio said that all
of the paper work and photos have been sent to Auctions International and that the
truck will be auctioned off soon.
Deputy Mayor requested that a discussion about Fremont Pond be on the next work
session agenda.
New Business:
Trustee Gebler announced that there will be an outreach committee meeting on
October 5th from 6:30pnn to 7:30pm at John Paulding School
