Local Law No.9 of2017
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF SLEEPY
HOLLOW ADOPTING A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 400
OF THE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF SLEEPY HOLLOW
ENTITLED "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC" RELATIVE
TO PARKING ON CORTLANDT STREET
BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow, New York,
as follows:
Section 1.

Section 400-14 of the Code of the Village Sleepy Hollow entitled

"Restricted parking on Cortlandt Street" is hereby amended to revise subsection B thereof and
add a new subsection C thereto, to read as follows:
B.

On the westerly side of Cortlandt Street, parking is restricted to
one space in front of the Rock of Salvation Church building
located at 131 Cortlandt, which shall be metered and limited to 15
minutes per vehicle.

C.

On the easterly side of Cortlandt Street, parking is restricted to one
space in front of 168 Cortlandt Street, which shall be metered and
limited to 15 minutes per vehicle.

Section 2.

The invalidity of any word, section, clause, paragraph sentence, part, or

provision of this local law shall not affect the validity of any part of this local law which can be
given effect without such invalid part or parts.
Section 3.

This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing in the Office of

the Secretary of State.
