Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, the Board of Trustees hereby adopts the annexed local law. Be It Further Resolved, that this resolution shall take effect immediately. Section 400-8 of the Code of the Village Sleepy Hollow entitled "Parking prohibited in designated locations" is hereby amended to delete the following location thereunder: Street Andrews Lane Side West Section 2. Section Prohibited From a point 100 feet north of the intersection of Andrews Lane and Francis Street torn Elm Street The invalidity of any word, section, clause, paragraph sentence, part, or provision of this local law shall not affect the validity of any part of this local law which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts. Section 3. the Secretary of State.
