I7-Block 14 - lots 1-2-3-4 on the North side of Tappan Ave - Village of Sleeepy Hollow, N.Y.Y/e are very concerned that a 2 family house on that smell parcel - defined UNBUILDABLE - by past Administrations, will eventually create problems to our property located on the west side of said lots. Our property denominate as Sect. 17 - I - IA 4 on 45 Dell Street - Sleepy Hollow,N.Y. has a property line next and West of said property on Tappan Ave, wich is located above a deep - steep and very poor sandy soil under wich a natural Spring of water flows contintutly along side the bottom of our property and with proper drenage flows in the PocaiLtico river. Our concern is that a tremendous weight of a two family construction may cause problems in the future. If the Architectural Review Board and Board of Trustees decides that a building permit will be granted, then special attention should be taken of testing the soil, deepness of the Over please �Foundation,the protection from soil erosion, water run-off etc. and a MANDATORY CONSTRUCTION OF A RETAINING WALL all along side our property line. Any problem arising from the new construction will result in legal action aganst the constructing company and the Village of Sleepy Hollow.
