RESOLUTION OF THE SLEEPY HOLLOW BOARD OF TRUSTEES
RELATIVE TO ENGAGEMENT OF OUTSIDE ENGINEERING CONSULTANT
FOR THE EDGE ON HUDSON PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Village Board and Planning Board have requested that an
engineering consultant be engaged by the Village of Sleepy Hollow in connection with
the Planning Board's review of the Edge-on-Hudson Project application (the ''Project") in
accordance with Section 220-4 of the Sleepy Hollow Village Code, and
WHEREAS, the Village has obtained a proposal dated June 26, 2018 from
Provident Design Engineering to provide consulting engineering services as are more
specifically detailed therein to the Planning Board and the Village Board in connection
with each Board's review of the Project (the "Services").
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village hereby engages
Provident Design Engineering to provide these Services, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to countersign and otherwise execute the June 26, 2018, proposal letter of
Provident Design Engineering; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the costs of such Services shall be borne by
the Project applicant through the escrow fund established for said Project in accordance
with Village Code Section 220-4.A.
