https://sleepyhollow.localarchives.org/files/original/cb44b41918abe981f1ec075faed9c3da.pdf bd21498f237108e8d23ec5810de30a50 PDF Text Text Resolution of the Board of Trustee of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Concurring with Village of Briarcliff Manor Resolution on Route lOOC 30" Water Main Project Per Requirement of Department of Transportation WHEREAS, on January 16, 2018, the Village of Briarcliff Manor adopted the following Resolution: Authorize Village Manager to Execute an Inter-Municipal Agreement for Professional Services for the Tri-Village Route 100c 30" Water Main Relocation Project BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees does hereby authorize the Village Manager to execute an Inter-Municipal Agreement between the Villages of Briarcliff Manor, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown in connection with the Route lOOC 30" Water Main Relocation Project, which includes the engagement of Professional Consulting, LLC (PCI) to provide engineering design services in connection with same pursuant to PCFs proposal of December 29, 2017; and WHEREAS, on January 30, 2018, the Village of Sleepy Hollow adopted the following Resolution: Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Authorizing the Execution of an Inter-Municipal Agreement for Professional Services for the Tri-Village Route lOOC 30" Water Main Relocation Project BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute an Inter-Municipal Agreement between the Villages of Sleepy Hollow, Briarcliff Manor, and Tarrytown in connection with the Route lOOC 30" Water Main Relocation Project, which Includes the engagement of Professional Consulting, LLC (PCI) to provide engineering design services in connection with same pursuant to PCI's proposal of December 29, 2017; and �WHEREAS, the New York State Department of Transportation has requested this Resolution; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Sleepy Hollow concurs with the statenrients contained in the resolution entitled "Authorize Village Manager to Execute an Agreement with the New York State Department of Transportation for the Tri-Village Route lOOC 30" Water Main Relocation Project" adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Briarcliff Manor at the meeting held on the 16^ of January 2018; and Moved: Deputy Mayor Rosenbloom Vote: Unanimous Absent: Trustees Gebler and Scaglione Seconded: Trustee Leavy �Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow Confirming Mayor's Appointment Whereas, maintaining an adequate staffing level Is essential to the efficient operation of the Sleepy Hollow Police Department; and Whereas, There is currently a vacancy in the Police Department; and Whereas, the Police Department canvassed candidates for the position of police officer; and Whereas, Steven E. Bencosme, scored In the top three of the Civil Service eligible list #69-548 and has satisfactorily completed all requirements of the Sleepy Hollow Police Department's background screening policy; and Whereas, Police Chief Buetl recommends that Steven Bencosme be appointed to fill the vacant police officer position; Now, therefore be it resolved, that the Board of Trustees hereby confirms the Mayor's appointment of Steven Bencosme of Sleepy Hollow, NY to the position of Police Officer, Uncertified, at the annual starting salary of $51,710.00 said appointment to become effective Wednesday, July 25, 2018 and subject to the approval of the Westchester County Department of Civil Service Rules and a probationary period of 12 to 52 weeks.
