                  <text>A regular meeting of the Sleepy Hollow Architectural Review Board was held on
Wednesday, July 23,1997 at 8:00 PM in Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy
Hollow, New York.
Present:

James Nazemetz, Chairman
Sean McCarthy
Robert Barstow
Barbara Fina
Rosaria Piomelli

Also Present: James Margotta, Building Inspector
Absent:

Janet Gandolfo, Village Attorney

Chairman Nazemetz called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM.
1. Maria Graca 143 New Broadwav-Two Family House
Postponed until the August meeting.
2. Ron Turnquist-Beekman Avenue-Awning &amp; Facade Program
Postponed until the August meeting.
3. Michael &amp; Judi Hefleron-9 Fremont Rd.-Front Porch Addition
Mrs. Hefferon presented pictures of the proposed front porch which the board
had already approved. She presented drawings. She stated that she has already
been before the Zoning Board and the variance was approved.
Discussion ensued on the elevation of the porch, material to be used, size of columns,
etc.
Chairman Nazemetz moved, second by Sean McCarthy to open the public hearing,
carried.
There were no comments, Chairman Nazemetz moved, second by Sean McCarthy to
close the hearing, carried.
Discussion ensued on the size of the columns and the placement of the stairs,
and the lattice.

�Rosario Piomelli moved to approve the porch as submitted with the size of the
columns to be 10 inches in diameter and that there be a frame around the lattice,
second by Sean McCarthy and carried.
Approval of Minutes
Rosario Piomelli moved, second by Sean McCarthy to approve the minutes of the
June 25,1997 meeting with minor corrections, carried.
There being no further business, Sean McCarthy moved, second by Rosario Piomelli
to adjourn the meeting, carried.
