                  <text>The Board of Trustees of the Village of Sleepy Hollow held a meeting on Tuesday,
November 27, 2018 at Village Hall, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Present:

Mayor Kenneth G. Wray
Deputy Mayor Glenn Rosenbloom
Rachelle Gebler
Sam Gonzalez
John Leavy
Denlse Scagllone, Trustees

Absent:

Sandra Spiro, Trusee

At 7:25 p.m. Mayor Wray called the meeting to order with a pledge to the flag and a moment
of silence for Migdalia Borrero of Cortlandt St. and Yolanda Demilia Mallery, a lifelong
resident of North Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Our thoughts are with their families and
fnends.
Approval of Warrants;
On a motion by Trustee Scaglione, seconded by Trustee Leavy the warrant of 18NOV17 and
authonzed the Treasurer to pay bills in the amount of $855,372.78. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes: On a motion by Trustee Gebler, seconded by Trustee Scaglione
the Minutes of November 13, 2018 were approved. Motion carried.
On a motion by Deputy Mayor Rosenbloom, seconded by Trustee Saglione, the Minutes of
December 20, 2018 were approved. Motion carried.
Myor's Announcement - Mayor Wray welcomed his new granddaughter to the world
baby Zinnia. Proud parents are Jessica and Doug Wray.

Administrator's Report: (see attached report)
Department Head ReportfgSean McCarthy, Building Inspector addressed the Mayor and the Board of Trustees and
reported on recent court cases, and more. See attached report.
Trustee Gebler asked about the new module home on Valley Street.
Mr. McCarthy stated that the house will be delivered as scheduled and proper permits have
been issued.

�Deputy Mayor Rosenbloom asked for an update on current vacant properties.
Mr. Mccarthy stated that some demolitions permits have been approved by the Planning
Board, including the old Horseman Diner.
Police Chief Bueti addressed the Mayor and the Board of Trustees. (See attached)
Fire Chief Tavano and
Assistant Chief Korzelius addressed the Mayor and the Board of
Trustees and reported on fire department activities, calls and training sessions for the
months of October and November.
Assistant Chief Korzelius stated that the Department got new patches.
He asked that residents be careful this time of the year with chimneys, hot water heaters
boilers and Christmas tree lights.

Assistant Chief Korzelius also stated last month's EMS call to Kendal on Hudson for an
unknown odor, was nothing serious and the Fire Department, Fire Chief Tavano, along with
other agencies, including the Westchester Hazmat Team, worked well together to assist the
residents and staff of Kendal.

R2- Approve Suspending Meter Parking for Holiday Season
Communications; Village Clerk reminded everyone that cookies and milk with Santa, the
horse drawn carriages rides and the tree lighting ceremony will talk place on Friday
December
at 6:00pm.
Trustee Leavy stated he received an email from a resident complimenting Police Officer
Yancey and Sergeant Nelson.

There were no comments at this time.
At 8:20pm on motion by Trustee Gonzalez, seconded by Trustee Scagllone the Board moved
into executive Session to address a personal matter.
At 8:35pm on motion by Trustee Scagllone, seconded by Trustee Gebler the Board moved
out of executive session.

�At 8:35pm on motion by Trustee Scaglione, seconded by Trustee Gebler the meeting was
adjourned.
